This website helps you find the clinic and prepare an appointment enquiry. It has no account system, enquiry database, or advertising analytics.

Appointment enquiries

The form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. This website does not save or transmit the form contents to a clinic server. When you choose to continue to WhatsApp, the details you entered are included in the WhatsApp link. You decide whether to send the message. Please avoid sharing medical records or sensitive health information in this form.

Your theme preference

If you switch between light and dark themes, the website stores your choice in your browser’s local storage as “clinic-theme”. This preference is not sent to the clinic. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage.

Google and WhatsApp

Google listing links and WhatsApp links take you to external services. The optional interactive map loads Google Maps only when you press “Load interactive Google map”; Google may then receive your IP address and browser information and use its own cookies. These services have their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Website delivery

The website is designed for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. This site does not add tracking cookies.
